Payment: We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payment is by VISA, certified cheque or money order.
Cancellation: Your deposit is refundable with 60 days notice (less a $50 service fee). No refunds are provided after that time.
Check-in time: 4 pm
Check out time: 12 noon
Weekly rentals: are generally from Sunday to Sunday.
Cleaning: Fee assumes that the house will be left tidy (e.g. all dishes done). Maintenance cleaning will be done for you – floors, carpets, towels, bedding etc. You will be charged for any additional cleaning at $25/hour.
Damage: there is a full contents list of items in the house. Any items missing or broken will be deducted from your damage deposit.
Pets: while we love pets, they cannot be accomodated.
Children: Children are welcome, however, the house has not been childproofed so upon arrival it is your responsibility to remove any dangerous or breakable items.
Smoking: No smoking in the house. Outside is OK if ashtrays are used.
House Care: Please do not wear shoes inside (bring your slippers).
